摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(732 KB)   摘要: 在8个精选的二元金属系统中作了离子束混合的系统性研究,目的是探索各冶金因素对合成相特征的影响.实验结果表明,组元金属的结构在决定合成相结构中是最重要的因素,并导出了两个用离子束合成非晶态合金的充分条件.离子束合成亚稳相的机理可以看成是分两个步骤进行,即原子碰撞和弛豫过程,而合成相的最终结构是在弛豫过程中形成的.提出了一个热力学和动力学模型,它解释了本研究中获得的、以及文献中报道过的亚稳相形成机理.
