摘要: 本文研究了少量Ni,Cr元素对低碳钢氧化铁皮粘附性的影响.利用金相、X射线衍射和电子探针分析了1100—1250℃高温空气氧化后的氧化皮结构与粘附性.结果表明:少量Cr对氧化皮结构无影响,而Ni在1150℃以上使氧化皮形成强粘附性的富Ni金属网丝和楔形浸入金属基体的晶界氧化结构.当Ni,Cr共存时,粘附层的厚度明显增加.因此含少量Ni,Cr的低碳钢,其氧化皮具有较强的粘附性.
Abstract:An investigation was made of the effect of minor Ni or/and Cr additions onthe structure and coherence of the oxidized layer with the low carbon steel substra-te prior to exposure under furnace atmosphere at 1100-1250℃ by means of metal-lography,X-ray diffraction and EPMA.It was observed that at temperature over1150℃,the minor Ni addition improves the coherence of the oxidized layer ofwhich the grain boundary oxidizing structure is formed with Nienriched net-worksand grains wedged into the substrate,while the minor Cr addition has no effecton the structure of the oxidized layer.If the minor Ni and Cr additions coexisted,their coherent layer thickens remarkably.Thus,The addition of minor Ni and Crmay significantly improve the coherence of their oxidized layer on low carbonsteel.
