摘要: <正> 在非晶态合金中,低温电阻率极小与极大值现象不仅在稀释合金中存在,而且在强铁磁性的非晶态合金中也普遍出现。我们在Fe-Cr-B,Fe-Mo-B及Fe-W-B系列中曾作了报道。本文将报道元素V对非晶态(Fe_(1-x)V_x)_(84)B_(16)合金低温电阻率的影响,并用类Kondo效应、RKKY相互作用和局部自旋涨落效应解释了不同温区的电阻率散射机制。 一、实验 非晶态(Fe_(1-x)V_x)_(84)B_(16)合金(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08及0.1)采用单辊急冷法制备,带厚20—30μm,带宽约1mm。经x射线衍射结
Abstract:The electrical resistivity of amorphous (Fe_(1-x)V_x)_(84)B_(16) (x=0—0.1) alloys as a function of temperature between 4.2—300 K has been studied. It was shown that the resistivity minima over the whole concentration range seem to be presented; below T_(min) it showing maxima at x=0.02—0.1; over T_(min), as a T~2 temperature dependence. The low temperature resistivity anomaly is likely to originate from Kondo-like effect, RKKY interaction and localized spin-fluctuation scattering.
