摘要: 通过?-电位,红外光谱及量子化学计算结果研究了N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺对氟碳铈矿的浮选性能结果表明,前者对氟碳铈矿具有良好的浮选选择性,它是以三个氧原子为键合原子与氟碳铈矿表面的RE(Ⅲ)螯合形成O=C-N-O-RE(Ⅲ)-O双五元环螯合物而化学吸附在其表面

Abstract:The flotation behaviour and mechanism of bastnaesite with N-hydroxylphthalicimide were investigated by ζ-potential measurement, infrared spectrum and quantumchemistry calculation. The results show that 3 oxygen atoms from N-hydroxyl phthalicimidechelate the rare earh ions on the surface of bastnaesite to form double five-chainO=C-N-O-RE (Ⅲ)-O chelate which is chemically adsorbed on the surface of bastnaesite,thus making N-hydroxyl phthalicimide an effective collector for bastnaesite.
