环流式真空脱气装置的脱碳反应速率

摘要: 在真空室内液相侧碳传质控速的基础上扩展了钢包内碳含量随时间变化的基本表达式, 考虑了脱碳反应实际停滞浓度和循环流动, 湍流扩散传质的混合控制, 研究结果表明, 模型计算和80tRH多功能真空处理的试验数据一致, 扩大循环流量和反应界面积的同时采取快速减压的基本措施至关重要, 通过真空顶吹氧操作与RH工艺的配合使脱碳速率得到改善.
