摘要: 通过热力学计算,分析温度、气体组成等对于CO—CO2—H2系气体还原铁矿石生成碳化铁的影响,并据此选择适当条件进行实验,研究矿石的失重情况以及温度和气体组成对还原度、碳化铁生成率的影响.通过分析产物成分确定了利用CO—CO2—H2系气体还原生成碳化铁的可行性

Abstract:Influences of temperature and composition of CO-CO2-H2 gas mixtures on the formation rate of iron carbide during iron ore reduction are discussed through thermodynamic calculation and corresponding experiments. Based on the examination of the composition of reduction products, the feasibility is confirmed for the preparation of iron carbide by CO-CO2-H2gases reducing iron ore.
