摘要: 本研究采用搅拌的方法对铁酸二钙脱磷过程中1350℃时碳饱和铁水内磷的传质系数进行了测定.结果表明:搅拌也可以促进铁水内磷的传质过程,1350℃时碳饱和条件下磷的传质系数kmρm等于4.60×10-2g/(cm2·s)

Abstract:The mass transport coefficient of phosphorus in C-saturated molten iron at 1350℃ had been determined during the dephosphorization of dicalcium ferrite by mechanical stir method. The results are shown as follows: the mass transport process of phosphorus in molten iron was promoted by using mechanical stir, and the mass transpori coefficient of phosphorus, kmρm, was equal to 4.60×10-2g / (cm2. s).
