摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(1120 KB)   摘要: 在250CONFORM连续挤压机上用雾化铝粉为原料较系统地试验研究了各种工艺参数对挤压制品性能及组织的影响。 关键词 ： 铝颗粒,  连续挤压     Abstract：The influence of diverse technological parameters on the performanceand structure of product extruded from the atomized Al granule has been studiedon a 250 CONFORM continuous extrusion machine. The favourable extruding tem-perature is 350--450℃. The extrusion ratio is greater than 20. The finer the Algranule is, the better the mechanical properties of the product are. It may be im-proved over 50% in comparison with that from rod feed.
