摘要: <正> 内氧化型渗碳也称碳化物析出型渗碳(简称CD渗碳),是七十年代开始研究的新型渗碳机制。其特点是在钢的表面造成多量碳化物弥散分布的表面层。由于生成的是M_7C_3,MC等Ostwald熟化速度小的高硬碳化物,所以钢表层的硬度
Abstract:The possibility of CD carburizing and effect of C potential on the microstructure in surface layer of commercial medium-C alloy steel have been studied by thermodynamic analysis and experiments. A method used to calculated the C potential resulting in expected carburized microstructure has been proposed, which was supported by the experimental data. The structure of CD carburized layer for steel 4Cr5MoVSi provides a new possibility to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the steel.
