摘要: 利用我们提出的电渣过程化学反应和传质模型,对R6chling-Burbach公司直径为2300mm的100t Cr-Mo-V透平转子钢锭电渣重熔过程作了放大估计和模拟.所得结果表明,由该模型估计的重熔过程中锭子和渣相成分的变化与实际结果非常相吻,也与实验室重熔过程中用Ca和Al脱氧的观测结果相符.该模型可望为实际重熔过程中的成分控制提供依据。
Abstract:The new model developed by the authors is used to predict and simulate the ingot and slag composition during the ESR process of Cr-Mo-V turbine rotor steel on an industrial unit. The results are shown to be in excellent agreement with those of practical process in an ingot diameter of 2300mm, also to agree with observations on Ca and Al deoxidation, and the model may be expected to offer a practical basis for the control of Composition during the ESR.
