摘要: <正> 有关本课题前人得出的经验判据缺乏物理意义,我们希望经过理论分析与实验验证,得出树枝晶出现的条件。 图1描述了稳态生长中胞晶沿x方向和y方向凝固前沿溶质分布的物理模型。图1b中曲线Ⅰ和Ⅱ分别代表晶胞表面和液相中心线上的溶质浓度分布。
Abstract:A criterion of the cell-dendrite transition in the unidirectional solidification rate, R, of single phase binary alloys was proposed as R>2D_L/λ, where D_L is diffusion coefficient in liquid and λ is distance between principal branches of cells and dendrites. The experimental verification was made of the Al-Cu alloy by the authers and of the previous data collected.
