摘要: 用ZrO_2(MgO)固体电解质氧浓差电池测定了1833,1873,1913K时,Fe-Nb(0.004—3.80 wt-%)-O熔体平衡时的氧活度,用X射线衍射相分析方法对铁液中Nb的脱氧产物进行了检验,计算出1833—1913K温度范围内的Nb-O平衡常数和其它有关热力学参数.实验结果表明当铁液中Nb含量高于0.20wt-%,Nb的脱氧产物是具有金红石结构的正方型NbO_2;在0.05—0.20wt-%的Nb含量范围内,脱氧产物是Nb_2O_5;当铁液中Nb含量低于0.05wt-%时,脱氧产物是FeNb_2O_6.随着铁液中Nb含量降低(即氧活度增大),Nb的脱氧产物形态发生转变,其顺序是:NbO_2→Nb_2O_5→FeNb_2O_6.
Abstract:Equilibrium oxygen activities in Fe-Nb-O melts containing 0.004 to 3.80wt-% Nb were determined by oxygen concentration cell with solid electrolyte ZrO_2(MgO)at 1833,1873 and 1913 K.The deoxidation products were identified byX-ray diffraction analysis to be tetragonal NbO_2 with a rutile structure whenNb>0.20 wt-%,to be Nb_2O_5 when Nb content being in the range of 0.05 to0.20 wt-% and to be FeNb_2O_6 when Nb<0.05 wt-%.With decreasing Nb content,i.e.with increasing oxygen activity,the form of the deoxidation products changesin the following order:NbO_2→Nb_2O_5→FeNb_2O_6With the experimental data the Nb-O equilibrium constants and other relatedthermodynamic parameters in the range of 1833 to 1913 K were calculated.
