摘要: 本文就高强度Cu-Fe导电合金中不同Fe含量对强化的影响进行了研究,并对强化作用进行了初步的探讨.在特定的工艺条件下,当Fe含量约为10at,-%,合金的导电率达到59—60%(IACS)的同时,断裂强度σ_b可达到6.4 ×10~2MN/m~2;当Fe含量超过10at.-%以上时,合金的强度随Fe含量的增加线性的提高,其原因在于ε相基体中均匀分布的α相纤维的复合强化效应.
Abstract:A study was conducted to obtain a better understanding of the effect of Fecontent on strengthening of the super strength electrical conductive Cu-Fe alloy.Under certain specified technique with Fe content about 10 at.-%,the electricalconductivity of the alloy may be up to 59—60%(IACS)and the ultimate stregthup to 6.4×10~2 MN/m~2 as well.When the Fe content over 10 at.-%,its strengthraises linearly with Fe content.It is proposed that the strengthening is mainlycaused by the fibre reinforcement of even distributed α-phase in the alloy matrixof ε-phase as a composite material.
