摘要: 本文对30CrMnSiNi2A电渣钢锭纵向裂纹的产生原因及解决措施等有关问题进行了研究,并在工业生产中得到了验证。结果表明:纵向裂纹是由于C,P,S,Si等元素向原始奥氏体晶界富集,在较大的热应力作用下,沿着这种弱化了的晶界开裂而形成的。Al的有害作用并非是形成AlN,而是促进元素显微偏析,使晶界变脆。 为了确保30CrMnSiNi2A电渣钢锭不裂,在钢锭脱锭后的保温条件受到限制的情况下,控制钢中的残余Al含量是行之有效的措施之一。
Abstract:The cause and remedy of the longitudinal cracking in 30CrMnSiNi2A electroslag ingot have been investigated. Results showed that the cracks are initiated by the microsegregated C, P, S, Si, etc. along the primary austenite boundaries which become fragile and cracking under higher thermal stress. Al is injurious owing to promoting the microsegregation of elements and brittle fracture of grain boundaries rather than formation of the AlN. An effectual remedy for longitudinal cracks in 30CrMnSiNi2A electroslag ingot is to keep the residual amount of Al under control if the heat-retaining condition is restricted after stripping the ingot.
