摘要: 本文报导了TA8(Ti-5Al-2.5Sn-3 Cu-1.5 Zr)合金热稳定性的研究结果,提出了表面结构的脆化机理,探讨了表面结构的形成。认为,在热暴露时,由于氧向基体的扩散作用,在含有高浓度固溶氧的表面或近表层中,Ti_2Cu和a有序相的析出,在合金脆化中起主要作用。
Abstract:An investigation of the thermal stability of titanium alloy TA8 (Ti-5Al-2.5Sn-3Cu-1.5Zr) showed that the embrittlement was closely related to the surface structures of the alloy. The formation process of such surface structures has been discussed. On account of the fact that oxygen diffuses into the matrix of the alloy during thermal exposure, the precipitation of Ti_2Cu and α-ordered phase in high oxygen solid-soluted surface and/or near surface layers may play an important role in causing the embrittlement of the alloy.
