摘要: 用变溫变速的拉伸实验研究了α钛在-196—400℃范围內的变形机制.求出了激活能、激活体积和频率因子等.与各种位错机制作了比较,认为控制变形速率的过程很可能是克服派一纳力.
Abstract:The deformation mechanism of α-titanium in the temperature range -196—400℃ has been investigated by differential tensile tests. The activation energies, activation volumes and frequency factor are thus obtained. After comparing with various dislocation mechanisms, it is shown that the deformation-controlling process is probably the overcoming of the Peierls-Nabarro force.
