Abstract The strain-indueed isothermal precipitation and the law of coarseningof Nb, V and Ti carbonitrides in Nb-steel, V-steel, Nb-V-steel and Ti-V-Nb-steelhave been investigated by means of STEM, EDAX, a new extraction replica tech-nique and quantitative phase analyses method.
