摘要: 在本文作者导出的单位体积内位错链长统计分布公式及运动位错密度分量表达式基础上,考虑到位错链长统计分布理论中一定长度以内的不可动位错链组成三维位错网络,获得的变形体体积不变的位错链长统计分布参数表达式为式中,w=l2c/l2λ1也可将运动位错密度ρm与网络不可动位错密度ρn的关系表达为Al-1%Mg的位错动态电镜观察结果表明,该两式计算结果能够反映变形过程中位错链长统计分布的变化情况.

Abstract:Based on the statistical distribution function of the dislocation link length derived by the author,an expression of dislocation link length distribution parameters for zero plastic volume change has been obtained as following where w=l2c/2λand or it can be expressed by the relation between mobile dislocation density and inmobile dislocation density as follows The in situ creep test results of Al-1%Mg alloy in electron microscope confirmed the theoretical prediction.
