摘要: 在我国普遍以稀土、镁做球化剂,采用冲入法处理工艺获得球墨铸铁。它比用纯镁做球化剂有一系列优点:降低球化所需要的残余镁量;消除干扰球化元素的有害作用,允许用多种生铁作球铁原料;球墨铸铁的铸造性能得到显著改善,铸造缺陷相应减少;提高球铁的机械性能和使用性能等。 稀土、镁球铁的应用已相当广泛,主要有珠光体基体、铁素体基体和贝氏体基体三种。本文详细介绍了三种球铁的机械性能,特别是以小能量多次冲击理论和进行的有关试验分析了珠光体球铁和铁素体球铁的性能特点及代替铸钢和可锻铸铁的可能性。最后介绍了影响贝氏体球铁性能的因素,测定了贝氏体球铁的断裂韧性值。
Abstract:A description is given of the metallurgical and technological features of ahigh quality nodular cast iron using rare earth-magnesium master alloy as itscomposited graphite spheroidizer. Special attention is given on the mechanical pro-perties of three varieties of this new material. Owing to its certain distinguish-ing properties, this nodular cast iron has found a wide-spread application inChina.
