摘要: AuCd合金的马氏体相变内耗峰随着热循环次数的增加而升高。金相观察表明这与相界面的增多有关。并提出了一个应力感生界面位错运动的静滞后损耗模型。在Ms点以上测得一个新的内耗峰,是一个和热激活有关的弛豫峰。含46.1at。%Cd的AuCd合金在几次循环测量后,可使立方(?)正交相变变为立方(?)六方相变,对这一变化的机理进行了分析。
Abstract:The height of the Q~(-1) peak due to martensitic transformation in AuCd alloy increased significantly in successive measuring runs. It was found to be related to the increase of interfaces of parent-martensite according to metallographic examinaětion. The authors put forward a model based on the hysteresis loss mechanism associated with stress-induced motion of the interface dislocations. A new Q~(-1) peak above M_s was observed. It was confirmed to be a relaxation peak due to a certain thermal activation process. For AuCd(46.1 at.-% Cd)alloy, normal bcc(?)orthorhombic transition changed to bcc(?)hexagonal transition after 1—2 measuring runs. It is suggested that defects play a central role in the change.
