摘要: 含有Nb,Mn和Si的铁液同MgO-SiO_2-MnO熔渣在1600℃充分反应4h达到了平衡。用定氧测头测定了铁液中的氧活度。利用已知的有关化学反应的平衡常数、铁液成分和氧活度,计算出熔渣组元的活度。本文发现,Nb,Mn和Si的平衡分配比同α_(FeO)的对数值之间有良好的线性关系。同时给出了Nb分配比同熔渣组元摩尔分数间之关系。

Abstract:Liquid iron containing Nb, Mn and Si elements has been equili-brated with MgO-SiO_2-MnO slag melts at 1600℃ in a Mo wire-wound resistance fur-nace with a duration of 4 hours. The oxygen activities in liquid iron were mea-sured with oxygen sensors. Using the known equilibrium constants of concerningreactions and the oxygen activities in liquid iron, the components activities in theslag melts can be calculated. It was found that the partition ratios of Nb, Mn andSi have a close linear relationship with α_(FeO) in logarithmic scale. The dependenceof Nb partition ratio on mole fractions of the slag components was also obtained.
