摘要: 本文利用透射电镜技术,对奥氏体Cr18Ni13-45钢焊缝组织进行了“原位”直接取样观察。观察到从焊缝金属区、熔合区到热影响区的连续的组织变化,并对其组织结构、成分进行了分析和讨论。发现并初步研究了熔合区中特殊的组织形态-类珠光体和异相界面。对照金相的异种钢焊接接头特征区域划分,给出了相应的TEM特征组织。

Abstract:The structural alteration from weld metal, weld bond to heat affected zone of aCr18Ni13 austenitic-0.45%C steels weld joint was successively observed in situ under TEM. Theirmorphologies and compositions were also analyzed. A new type of microstructure called pearlite-like was found. The differentiation of characteristics into various zones across the weld joint isfeatured by TEM photos in contrast to the conventional metallographs.
