Rejuvenation is the transition process of MGs from lower to higher energy states (from II to I, as indicated by red arrow), while aging/structure relaxation is the transition process from higher to lower energy states (from I to II, as indicated by blue arrow). Tk stands for the finite temperature at which the deepest basins of the landscape are explored.
