不同钝化剂对锌铝混合粉的析氢抑制及无铬达克罗性能影响

摘要: 研究了水杨酸、水杨醛及其复配对锌铝混合粉在pH 8.0的乙二醇丁醚水溶液中析氢的抑制作用, 并对以二者为钝化剂的无铬达克罗涂料的稳定性和盐雾性能进行了考察. 结果表明: 水杨酸、水杨醛对铝粉析氢的抑制作用要好于对锌粉.< 二者都能较好的抑制混合粉的析氢量, 其最佳浓度分别为10 g/L和2 g/L. 复合配比的水杨酸和水杨醛对混合粉的析氢抑制作用要好于单一的水杨酸和水杨醛, 二者作为析氢抑制剂在不影响耐盐雾性能的条件下提高了涂料的稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper,the inhibition of hydrogen evolution of salicylic acid and salicylaldehyde on the Zn, Al powder and Zn/Al mixed powder was investigated in C6H14O2 aqueous solutions with pH 8.0, as well as the stability and salt spray performance of Cr-free Dacromet prepared by the above Zn/Al mixed powder. The results showed that the inhibition of hydrogen evolution of salicylic acid and salicylaldehyde for Al powder was much effective than that for Zn powder. As to the Zn/Al mixed powder, the optimum concentration of salicylic acid and salicylaldehyde was 10 g/L and 2 g/L, respectively. The stability of Cr-free Dacromet was improved significantly when the salicylic acid and salicylaldehyde or their mixture were used as inhibitors, without any harm on the salt performance of Cr-free Dacromet.
